As a vibrant, inclusive primary academy, St Mary Redcliffe is committed to providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Rooted in our core values, we strive to support not only our pupils, but their families as well.
Dedicated Family Support
At the heart of our family support services is our Family Link Worker, Mr. Williams. Mr. Williams is available to speak with parents and carers about any concerns they may have, whether related to their child's education, wellbeing, or personal circumstances. He works closely with our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCO), Mrs. Radnor, to ensure that families receive the tailored support they need.
Addressing Individual Needs
We understand that every family's situation is unique, and we take a personalised approach to supporting our community. Whether it's signposting to local resources, arranging counselling, or simply providing a listening ear, our dedicated team is here to help. We encourage parents and carers to reach out to Mr. Williams or Mrs. Radnor at any time to discuss their concerns and explore the available options.
Strengthening Connections
In addition to individual support, we also organise regular family events and workshops aimed at fostering a strong sense of community. These gatherings provide opportunities for parents and carers to connect with one another, share experiences, and learn new skills that can benefit their children's development.
Nurturing Growth
At St Mary Redcliffe, we believe that by supporting our families, we are better able to support our pupils. When parents and carers feel empowered and equipped to address their challenges, their children can focus on their learning and personal growth, secure in the knowledge that their family is being cared for.
